Conrad Smith currently serves as the CEO and majority owner of FCS, Incorporated. Conrad officially joined the company in 2005 when the company had just eight (8) employees and provided a very limited service offering of basic janitorial services and floor care. He began working in all aspects of the company from supervising employees to pricing new accounts. The company began to attract larger and larger customers over the first few years, creating opportunities to branch in to multiple other service lanes for large industrial customers. Today, FCS has three (3) distinct service divisions with roughly 200 employees and customers across a large portion of the country.
The Smith is a 2003 graduate of Danville Community College, a 2005 graduate of Averett University with a degree in Political Science, a 2006 graduate of Johnson Diversey’s Building Service Contracting Institute in Racine, Wisconsin, and in 2009 received his designation as a Certified Building Services Executive (CBSE) through the Building Service Contractors Association. His civic involvement includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Danville Area Boys and Girls Club and as President of the Board of Directors for The Danville Golf Club. Smith oversees all daily operations for the company, with a focus on major account development.
